Job Summary
Seeking a Superintendent for Federal construction projects responsible for managing overall construction, safety compliance, and project coordination in marine environments. 10 years construction experience required, including federal projects.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience as a general construction contractor
- 5 years of experience as an on-site superintendent for federal projects
- Ability to read and interpret complex drawings/plans/specifications for marine/coastal projects
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and U.S. Coast Guard safety standards
- Ability to work over and around deep water
- Swimming proficiency with PPE or other protective gear required
Desired Qualifications
- USACE CQCM certification (desired)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to pass all required contract security requirements
- Adhere to KIC's Drug and Alcohol policy/testing requirements
