Job Summary
Superintendent to lead federal construction projects, overseeing scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client communications, safety program execution, and compliance with contract documents. Responsibilities include managing project quality and production, planning and budgeting for activities, daily coordination with the Project Manager and Owner, field coordination with subcontractors and inspectors, coordinating safety and quality control programs, maintaining Baseline Project Schedule and look-ahead schedules, organizing coordination and progress-billing meetings, and ensuring conformance to national/local building codes. Requires extensive field leadership, coordination across teams, familiarity with USACE/NAVFAC processes, OSHA guidelines, and proficiency in Procore and RMS; 10 years of relevant experience and ability to manage large-scale construction activities is expected.
Required Qualifications
- OSHA 30hr
- Experience with USACE and NAVFAC government construction projects
- Experience with Procore
- Experience with RMS
- Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
