Superintendent

Directly supervise project site activities, subcontractors, and third-party field labor while maintaining discipline and enforcing safety and quality control plans. Conduct on-site meetings with owners and tradesmen, coordinate material deliveries, and monitor subcontractor progress to ensure proper job sequencing. Prepare 3-week look-ahead schedules and CPM schedules, resolve field conflicts, and maintain project documentation including daily reports and as-built drawings. Liaise with the owner occupant and identify documents for potential change orders. Must report to various work locations as assigned.
