Job Summary
Superintendent responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and directing field activities on construction projects; will supervise day-to-day site operations, establish safety plans, conduct on-site meetings with subcontractors and owners, manage discipline on the jobsite, coordinate material deliveries, enforce quality control, ensure proper job sequencing, maintain project documentation (daily reports, site photos), monitor subcontractor progress, assist with CPM schedules and three-week look-ahead planning, prepare and submit information requests, resolve field conflicts, supervise field labor and subcontractor activities, maintain as-built drawings, identify potential change orders and back charges, and report to multiple work locations as assigned. Requires 5–10 years of general construction experience, familiarity with OSHA safety regulations, and strong communication/organizational/supervisory skills.
