Job Summary
Oversees all field operations at a project jobsite, coordinating day-to-day supervision of subcontractors and trade employees, and ensuring adherence to Safety, Quality, and Production programs. Responsibilities include developing site-specific safety plans, maintaining project documentation (JHAs, QC checklists, daily reports, material quantities, production and jobsite photos), coordinating material deliveries, scheduling with CPM look-ahead plans, managing progress with subcontractors, resolving on-site construction issues, conducting on-site meetings with owners and trades, and maintaining discipline and relationships with Owners, Subcontractors, and Designers. Requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, a four-year engineering/construction management degree (or equivalent), OSHA 30, and experience in supervising diverse teams; proficiency with MS Office and construction-tech tools (PlanGrid/Bluebeam) is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or construction experience
- Minimum of two years diverse supervisory experience
- OSHA 30 certification required
