Job Summary
On-site Superintendent to manage construction operations across Hendersonville, NC sites. Lead and supervise construction teams, enforce OSHA safety standards, monitor schedules and costs to ensure projects finish on time and within budget. Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and employee hours. Requires 5+ years in superintendent roles with 2+ in supervision; OSHA 30-Hour (preferred); high school diploma required with construction management a plus. Travel between multiple sites is required; car expenses reimbursed. 40-50 hour weeks; weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Superintendent experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and project management
- Ability to lead a team, solve problems, and manage resources effectively
- OSHA 30-Hour certification (preferred)
- High school diploma required; degree in construction management a plus
