Superintendent - Evening Shift

Coordinate, schedule, and manage all subcontractors and vendors while expediting them daily and weekly. Identify and resolve construction-related issues, supervise self-perform work, and develop specialized methods to improve efficiency. Oversee material receiving, inspect items for quantity and quality, and ensure tickets are signed, coded, and filed. Maintain accurate timekeeping and cost control records, support jobsite reporting requirements including daily reports and schedule updates, and review shop drawings and submittals for compliance. Attend all required jobsite meetings and maintain consistent quality control in line with company standards. This role supports multiple projects for a NYC Public Agency client at BRAVO, a partnership of Velocity Architectural and Bradford Construction modernizing vital infrastructure across the New York metropolitan area.
