Job Summary
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team to deliver a portfolio of capital mining projects across Iron Bridge Operations, from initiation through execution, with project values up to AUD 100M; responsibilities include implementing the Capital Project Management framework, governance of the portfolio, coordinating Project Engineers, Execution Specialists, Project Controllers and Planners, ensuring safe delivery, stakeholder engagement at all levels, and achieving operational readiness aligned with Iron Bridge’s strategic goals across facilities including West Canning Basin, Concentrate Handling Facility, Ore Processing Facility, and Non-Process Infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience managing multidiscipline teams within the mining industry
- Strong safety leadership with a commitment to promoting and maintaining a safe work environment
- Solid experience in managing budgets and delivering projects within financial targets
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills with a collaborative leadership approach
- Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking to drive innovative project outcomes
- Effective planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
