Job Summary
Maintain daily site logs, reports, photos, and schedules while leading site meetings, toolbox talks, and orientations. Plan project labour, equipment, and material needs, then supervise field staff and trade partners. Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure safety, quality, and specification compliance, and coordinate project handover and warranty documentation. Assist on the tools when needed and perform other duties based on project and organizational needs. This role is based out of Kelowna for a Superintendent with a background in commercial and/or residential construction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Proven experience as a Residential or Commercial Superintendent
- Basic computer and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with Worksafe BC safety standards
- Valid Driver's License and clean abstract required
Desired Qualifications
- Current First Aid certification an asset
- Familiarity with CoConstruct and Salus an asset
- Red Seal trade qualification is an asset
