Job Summary
Direct and supervise all field personnel and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion, while managing the overall direction of field operations, completion schedules, and labor budgets. Plan short interval schedules, schedule manpower, and develop working budgets based on estimates. Control job progress through proper documentation, quality control, and safety techniques, and manage subcontractors by solving conflicts. Evaluate weekly labor, material, and equipment costs to ensure fair profit and maximize customer satisfaction. Establish positive relationships with project managers, owners, architects, and building officials while demonstrating superior construction process knowledge. Mentor other supervisors and provide leadership through team building and effective communication.
