Job Summary
Provide overall construction management for large complex projects, including design, budget, and schedule oversight in conjunction with the Project Manager, Owners, Engineers, and Architects. Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor team progression, mentor project members for career growth, and advise senior management on potential problems, work interferences, and schedule difficulties. Be jointly responsible for monitoring, interpreting, and forecasting cost reports to ensure alignment with estimates and maintain positive cash flow. Requires a construction-related degree, 6 to 8 years of experience, and advanced knowledge of safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, and engineering drawings.
