Job Summary
Manage field operations and site activities, ensuring projects complete on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams while monitoring progress and addressing issues proactively. Conduct daily site meetings, lead morning huddles for safety, and oversee layouts and fabrication. Prepare and present site reports, maintain QA/QC logs, and assist in change order preparation. Review drawings for potential issues, perform water tests, and update weekly install logs. Manage resource allocation, coordinate deliveries, and maintain inventory of materials onsite. Visit all jobsites, including out-of-town locations, to ensure opening readiness and resolve challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Strong field management and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of construction processes and regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Significant experience in field operations within the construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years in the field
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- High level of integrity and commitment to excellence
- Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new technologies
- Minimum 5 years in project management and/or relevant achievements & performance
