Superintendent - Directional Drill

Job Summary
The Superintendent - Directional Drill is responsible for on-site coordination of fiber optic cabling installation, modification, and splicing. Candidates should have experience locating and operating Directional Drill rigs, understand drilling procedures, and be willing to travel. Key responsibilities include providing on-the-job training, coordinating workflow, maintaining quality control and safety standards, resolving complaints from property owners, and developing procedures for better organization. This role also involves training, supervising, and evaluating field technicians while ensuring compliance with company requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year Fiber Optic construction/installation experience
- Valid driver's license with minimum of 2 years driving experience and a good driving record
- Must be able to pass Background and Drug screening
- Must be able to work a very flexible schedule
- Ability to lift weight up to 75 lbs
- Ability to carry and climb a 28' ladder from truck to pole and/or house
- Ability to work in all kinds of weather conditions
