Job Summary
Superintendent or Foreman with deep foundation experience to lead field operations for deep foundation and heavy civil projects. Manage crews, equipment, and daily production; track and report labor, equipment, and materials; coordinate with project teams to meet schedule and quality targets; maintain safety standards and ensure site compliance across multiple job sites. Travel is required to support project assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in deep foundations, piling, caissons, or drilling operations
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage jobsite production
- Willingness to travel as required for project assignments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with daily reporting tools or construction tracking systems preferred
