SUPERINTENDENT

Oversee on-site field operations for construction projects, directing trades and subcontractors, ensuring progress to schedule, timely material and equipment deliveries, and coordination to prevent interference among crews. Responsible for documenting project status using established procedures, maintaining inventory of materials and equipment, and enforcing quality assurance/quality control. Key duties include planning with subcontractors, supervising on-site personnel, managing procurement and deliveries, maintaining safety and OSHA compliance, generating daily reports and weekly time-sheets, and ensuring compliance with contract drawings and specifications. Requires strong planning, leadership, and verbal/written communication skills; bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture highly recommended; minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
