Job Summary

Pre-job and post-job planning to develop cost-effective strategies, while driving strict project schedules and milestones. Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions, maintain daily logs with photo documentation, and schedule subcontractors, equipment, and tools safely. Conduct daily site walks, perform final walkthroughs with clients, and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards. Actively participate in pre-work meetings with subcontractors to align on schedules, methods, and quality policies. Manage communication with customers and Project Management, resolving conflicts among 30+ vendors while ensuring projects meet or exceed expectations. Requires five years of commercial construction experience, Procore proficiency, and ability to travel to Dallas, TX jobsites. No sponsorships or visa holders.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have relevant experience with a Commercial General Contractor
  • Must have experience with commercial interior finish
  • Must have general contracting experience in the Dallas, TX area or surrounding cities
  • Valid Driver's ID
  • Must be able to travel to site locations
  • No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years
  • Minimum of five years of verifiable construction experience
  • Experience in commercial and design-build construction
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Experience in leading and resolve problems amongst 30+ subcontractors and vendors
  • Must be able to travel to jobsite(s) as assigned
  • No sponsorships or visa holders
  • No Corp-to-Corp

Desired Qualifications

  • Must have general contracting experience in the Dallas, TX area or surrounding cities
  • experience in commercial and design-build construction is preferred
  • Software experience in Procore & Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & Outlook) desired
