Job Summary
Superintendent responsible for managing construction projects, ensuring quality control, leading teams, and maintaining client relationships, requiring 20+ years in commercial construction and experience with hospitality projects.
Required Qualifications
- 20+ years experience in commercial construction
- Experience serving in the role as Superintendent on at least three ground up hospitality projects ($10M+)
- Completion of OSHA 30-Hour safety course
- Current NPDES certification
- First Aid/CPR certification

- Strong understanding of building systems
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
