Seeking experienced Superintendent to manage construction projects from inception to completion ensuring quality and compliance with regulations, proficient in scheduling and construction management software.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in scheduling software such as MS Project, P6, or SureTrak.
- Experience with construction management software like Procore, BuilderTrend, or CMiC.
- Relevant certifications and security clearance as required by the project.
