Supervise well program execution from office and field locations, serving as the focal point for communication between the wellsite, Product Lines, and third parties. Plan and ensure efficient deployment of human and material resources while tracking the performance of Wellsite Supervisors and field teams. Manage contractor and supplier control to maintain safe, efficient, and profitable operations. This role supports SLB's reactivated operations in Venezuela, based in Maturín, requiring over 10 years of well operations experience and intermediate English proficiency.
