Superintendent

Organize, coordinate, and supervise assistant superintendents, field engineers, craft employees, and subcontractors to maintain a safe, productive work environment. Determine work priorities, apportion tasks among trades, and hold weekly coordination meetings to ensure projects remain efficient, on schedule, and within budgetary limits. Oversee construction contracts, source material suppliers, manage inventory and equipment, and maintain daily project records and accurate time coding. Conduct quality control inspections, pre-installation meetings, and closeout procedures while acting as a liaison to the owner and design team. Mentor subordinates, review performance, and implement safety policies to enforce accountability across all personnel.
