Job Summary
The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all activities at the construction site, ensuring a safe and productive environment while maintaining schedules and budgets. Key responsibilities include supervising staff including assistant superintendents and subcontractors, coordinating work activities to keep projects efficient, sourcing materials, maintaining project tools and equipment, and tracking labor productivity. A Bachelor's Degree in construction management or equivalent is required, along with proven experience in the field. Candidates must also be able to manage project quality control and hold accountability for project specifications.
