On-site Superintendent responsibilities include coordinating project kickoffs with City officials and construction coordinators, serving as the primary field liaison among stakeholders, managing subcontractors to meet specifications and schedules, validating production and forecasts, ensuring permits are obtained, coordinating materials delivery, enforcing safety requirements, identifying and resolving issues affecting progress, providing regular project status updates, and overseeing fiber optic cabling installation and cabling work. The role requires training and supervising field technicians, acting as a liaison between Prince Telecom and MSO/customers, maintaining quality control and safety standards, developing procedures for team organization, and ensuring adequate staffing and documentation.
