Superintendent/Construction Manager - Multi-Family

Job Summary
Plan and monitor daily activities of trade partners to ensure alignment with project schedules and scope. Inspect work quality, approve payments upon satisfactory completion, and maintain construction administration software including Procore and BuildPro. Ensure accurate reflection of progress and completion dates while enforcing OSHA regulations and conducting regular safety meetings. Secure final occupancy certificates, manage stormwater prevention plans, and protect property from weather and damage. Collaborate with purchasing to address cost variances and maintain records of change orders and purchase orders. Deliver zero-defect homes while providing feedback to division leadership on partner performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum four (4) years' experience in project/construction management in multi-family construction
- Strong knowledge of multi-family construction
- Ability to read, understand, and implement adjustments to commercial architectural and structural blueprints, off-site improvement plans and soils reports
- Knowledge of relevant commercial building codes and all scopes of work
- Ability to work more than eight hours per day in the confined quarters of a construction trailer
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to read plans
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and/or carry equipment which may be in excess of 50 pounds
- Ability to operate construction equipment (occasional)
- Ability to use, download, or access Company-approved tools, programs, applications, or systems
