Job Summary
Champion project safety by implementing the Site-Specific Safety Plan, leading safety meetings, and acting as the primary point of contact for incident investigations. Coordinate all vendors and subcontractors to install scopes of work in full accordance with Contract Documents and the Project Schedule while managing job site logistics, cleanliness, and professionalism. Lead pull planning efforts, monitor schedule logic integrity, and develop recovery plans to support overall project delivery. Manage site construction activities, oversee the Site Quality Assurance Plan, and ensure compliance with all trade partners and Authorities Having Jurisdiction. Drive efficiencies by reviewing submittals, processing vendor invoices, and documenting existing site conditions. Represent the team and company culture to all stakeholders during office and field engagements.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in LARGE ($10M+) commercial construction
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Procore), and scheduling software (Primavera)
- Team Player

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of scope of work when necessary

- Can manage complex situations that may include ambiguity and conflict resolution
- Manages outcomes by being resourceful and maintaining focus on safety, financial performance, and client expectations
- Ability to multitask and willing to perform additional duties as necessary
- 100% of the time will be spent traveling to the job site(s)/office locations
- Climbing stairs
- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
- Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds
