Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations for ground-up, tenant improvement, and remodel projects by setting up trailers, securing sites, and organizing project files. Coordinate subcontractor activities, meetings, and schedules while verifying contracts and insurance prior to work commencement. Enforce safety policies, OSHA regulations, and PPE requirements through daily inspections and weekly checklists. Resolve construction conflicts, manage inspections with local jurisdictions, and maintain daily logs of site activities. Report incidents to leadership within 24 hours and represent the company professionally in all field communications.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in ground-up construction (concrete tilt wall, industrial, office, and medical)
- Experience in tenant improvement/build-out
- Experience in tenant remodel
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors
- Ability to manage material and equipment
- Ability to manage scheduling
- Ability to manage inspections
- Ability to manage quality control
- Ability to manage job site safety
- Ability to ensure timely completion of projects
- Knowledge of plans, specifications, and local codes
- Ability to work within budget
- Ability to adhere to project standards and contract specifications
- Ability to coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions
- Ability to coordinate and schedule subcontractor activities
- Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental quality standards
- Ability to identify conflicts in construction progress
