Job Summary
A family-owned Design-Build GC in the Milwaukee Suburbs seeks an ambitious Superintendent with at least 5 years of experience in commercial construction management to oversee project operations, ensure compliance, and maintain timelines and budgets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required
