Job Summary
Enforce OSHA and best-in-class safety standards through weekly tailgate/tool talks, daily checks, and site inspections. Lead schedule maintenance while managing multiple subcontractors, tradesmen, and laborers for occupied senior living and affordable housing renovations. Maintain strong knowledge of plans, intent, and existing conditions to ensure quality workmanship. Actively participate in client meetings and conduct precon and close-out inspections. Coordinate interior and exterior renovations including selective demo, assemblies, finishes, and MEPs. Requires Procore and MS Office proficiency with OSHA 30 or higher certification. Weekend availability required alongside Monday-to-Friday hours.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 - 5 years' experience in commercial construction, preferably for a General Contractor, as a site supervisor or assistant site supervisor
- Enforcement of safety best practices as well as leading weekly tailgate/tool talk, and daily safety checks
- Interior and exterior renovation work including selective demo, ceiling and wall assemblies, finishes, millwork and MEPs
- Occupied renovations
- Scheduling and coordination skills are essential
- Managing multiple subcontractor trades simultaneously
- Procore, MS Office
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Provides own, reliable transportation
- OSHA 30 or higher certification
- Weekend availability
