Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in construction, residential remodeling, restoration, or related fieldwork.
- Strong understanding of reconstruction processes, building trades, and jobsite safety.
- Prior leadership experience managing crews or subcontractors.
- Ability to read scopes, plans, estimates, and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in restoration (water, fire, mold, storm) environments.
- IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, ASD, etc.).
- Familiarity with Xactimate, or other restoration software.
- Experience interacting with insurance adjusters and inspectors.
