Superintendent

Coordinate daily with GC Superintendent teams to support site sequencing, readiness, and overall site needs. Supervise and organize a labor crew of 50+ workers performing cleanup, material movement, basic carpentry tasks, and general site support as directed by the GC superintendent team. Plan labor resources with Site Services Operations Manager and GC team, adjust manpower as project conditions evolve, and track progress of GC-assigned activities. Accurately capture and report time for the labor workforce and relay staffing for site service tasks. Assist with simple carpentry, temporary structures, barricades, and other basic construction support tasks as needed. Promote and reinforce a Safety First culture across the labor team. Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills preferred to coordinate with field labor force. Strong communication, organizational skills, and relationship-building abilities are essential. OSHA 30 certification is preferred. Must be able to lift 60+ lbs and work on active construction sites with exposure to heights and jobsite hazards. Willingness to travel depending on project location.
