Job Summary
Concrete Superintendent oversees on-site concrete construction, coordinates with Operations managers and Project Management for scheduling and communication, ensures budget adherence and timely project completion, supervises field labor, tracks productivity and reporting, coordinates with subcontractors, and maintains safety and quality standards. Requires extensive concrete construction knowledge (footings, walls, flatwork, tilt-up, paving), ability to communicate with field labor (Spanish-speaking), strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 100%.
Required Qualifications
- 10 or more years experience in commercial/industrial concrete construction, on projects of 2+ million, ideally with specific experience in Tilt-up Construction
- Previous experience as a Concrete Superintendent is a must.
