Job Summary
Concrete Project Superintendent responsible for planning and coordinating concrete construction, supervising all concrete operations on site, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. Works with General Contractors to sequence activities, coordinates with Operations Managers/Project Management for manpower/resource scheduling, and oversees field labor, subcontractors, and productivity. Requires extensive hands-on supervision of concrete work (footings, walls, flatwork, tilt-up, paving), strong scheduling knowledge, safety-focused practices, and ability to communicate in Spanish as needed. Must travel up to 100% depending on project location. Previous concrete superintendent experience and strong leadership/communication skills are essential. Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in commercial/industrial concrete construction
- Previous experience as a Concrete Superintendent
- Ability to supervise construction employees and manage budget/schedule
- Strong communication skills and safety-consciousness
- Spanish speaking skills to communicate with field labor
- Willingness to travel up to 100%
