Job Summary
Coordinate labor, schedule field employees and subcontractors, and manage material deliveries for structural concrete and paving operations. Maintain daily logs of site activities, communicate with project managers regarding budgets and timelines, and enforce rigorous safety and quality guidelines. Serve as the primary liaison between vendors, clients, and internal personnel while analyzing blueprints and interpreting safety policies. This role requires a minimum of five years in concrete construction leadership and is based in Central and Southern Ohio.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of field leadership experience in the construction of concrete structures and/or concrete paving
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of heavy civil construction industry practices and procedures
- Well-organized: Able to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
- Strong work ethic
- Exemplary leadership skills
- Communication skills
- OSHA and other safety trainings
- Ability to analyze and interpret blueprints, plans, and policies
