Job Summary
Manage day-to-day field operations for commercial roofing projects by coordinating crews, subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries. Monitor project schedules to ensure milestones are achieved while enforcing safety policies and OSHA compliance. Perform quality control inspections throughout construction phases and communicate progress with project managers, customers, and leadership. Identify and resolve field issues to minimize delays, maintaining accurate daily reports and documentation. Ensure projects complete on time, within budget, and to client expectations. This role requires a hands-on leader with experience in commercial roofing construction and the ability to manage multiple projects across North Florida and the Panhandle.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Superintendent in commercial roofing construction
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, installation methods, and industry best practices
- Ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel throughout North Florida and the Panhandle as needed
