Job Summary
Oversee roofing projects from start to finish in the greater Houston area, supervising crews and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and coordinating all activities; enforcing safety regulations and company policies on all sites; conducting regular inspections and quality checks to meet specifications; resolving on-site issues and communicating with clients, project managers, and team members; reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications; and generating written reports and time sheets for crew activities. Requires strong hands-on leadership, bilingual Spanish/English communication, and deep knowledge of roofing systems and installation techniques.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading crews on commercial roofing projects
- Bilingual (Spanish/English); must excel in communication internally and externally (Property Owners / GCs)
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques
- Experience generating written reports and time sheets for crew(s) activities
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
