Job Summary
Lead the field on commercial drywall projects by directing 6–30+ crews on site, including metal framing, drywall hanging, finishing, and acoustical ceiling installations; plan, schedule, and execute to ensure labor, materials, and equipment are where they belong when needed. Maintain high quality and OSHA safety standards, mentor foremen, develop talent, and foster a culture of accountability. Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to translate plans into precise execution, and coordinate with general contractors, owners, and vendors to keep projects moving forward.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years in commercial drywall construction
- OSHPD Experience is mandatory
- Proven leadership experience as a Foreman or Superintendent
- Deep expertise in metal stud framing, drywall systems, and finishing levels
- Strong ability to read and execute from blueprints and specifications
- Experience with tools like Bluebeam or On-Screen Takeoff (a plus)
- Confident leadership, clear communication, and decisive problem-solving
