Job Summary
Partner with the Project Manager or Construction Executive on contract administration and management while providing direction to the project team to complete projects safe and on time. Interact with subcontractors and perform on-site Superintendent duties, specifically managing tilt wall and metal construction. Maintain strong prioritization and organizational skills with a focus on detail-oriented execution. This role reports to the General Superintendent and/or Project Executive within a Commercial Developer/General Contractor environment.
