Superintendent – Commercial Construction

Lead all on-site construction activities from project start through closeout, coordinating and supervising subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain productivity and quality. Develop and maintain the project schedule while enforcing OSHA safety standards and conducting daily site walks to monitor progress and implement solutions. Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions, maintain project documentation including daily reports and safety logs, and collaborate with the Project Manager on budgets and change orders. Lead jobsite meetings and communicate effectively with owners, architects, and stakeholders while mentoring field staff. Manage multifamily, retail, and commercial projects across the Greater Seattle area with a focus on safety, schedule adherence, and quality standards.
