Job Summary
Manage day-to-day jobsite operations for commercial construction projects, coordinating and supervising subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Develop and maintain project schedules while driving milestone completion, conduct daily meetings to coordinate workflow among all trades, and ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards. Perform quality control inspections, identify and resolve field issues proactively, and coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions. Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and project documentation while collaborating closely with Project Managers, engineers, architects, and owners. Foster positive relationships with clients to maintain a professional jobsite environment. Lead on-ground and renovation projects across education, retail, office, and municipal sectors in the Inland Empire and North San Diego County.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing commercial construction projects
- Experience leading projects in one or more of the following sectors: Education, Retail, Office, Commercial renovations, Ground-up commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of commercial building methods, scheduling, sequencing, and quality control
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
