Job Summary
On-site Superintendent leading multiple commercial healthcare and restaurant buildout projects in Las Vegas. Drive safety and quality, manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, conduct site meetings, ensure OSHA compliance, and maintain project documentation using Procore. Target projects range from $500k–$10M; requires 5+ years in commercial construction, Healthcare/restaurant experience, and proficiency with Procore/Bluebeam/Microsoft Project. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Experience overseeing healthcare projects (medical offices, hospital renovations) and/or restaurant buildouts
- Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project/SureTrack experience preferred
- Strong leadership presence, excellent communication, and the ability to foster positive relationships with clients and subcontractors
