Job Summary
Support the field team on projects by attending meetings, performing inspections, and verifying materials. Assist with safety programs, reports, safety walks, quantity reports, and weekly schedule updates. Coordinate multiple activities while analyzing problems, requiring strong communication skills and attention to detail. This role is available for the Fall Semester and requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or Business Management. OSHA 10-hr and LEED AP certification are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture or Business Management
- Previous Internship and Co-op experience
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be flexible
- Must work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to coordinate several major activities at once
- The ability to analyze and resolve specific problems
- An understanding of engineering, architectural, and other construction drawings
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
- Must have attention to detail
