Job Summary
Manage luxury custom home projects from start to finish, including post-completion warranty needs. Oversee subcontractors, schedules, materials, quality control, and daily site activities while serving as the primary point of contact for homeowners, architects, designers, and vendors. Build detailed project schedules, identify potential issues, and use JobTread to manage documentation. Handle small details like coordinating drawer pulls and supporting trades, occasionally managing substantial renovation projects. Work hybrid with travel between North and West Houston job sites. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of true custom residential construction experience
- Experience managing luxury custom homes
- Strong understanding of both construction and project management
- Excellent communication, organizational, and note-taking skills
- Extremely thorough, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
- Highly proactive with the ability to anticipate what needs to happen several steps ahead
- Comfortable working directly with homeowners, architects, designers, and vendors
- Technologically capable and comfortable with project management software
- Hands-on and willing to be in the field daily
- Coachable, accountable, and able to adapt to established company processes
- Willing to travel between North and West/Southwest Houston job sites
- Willing to take ownership of both the major construction responsibilities and the smaller day-to-day details required to deliver an exceptional finished product
