Superintendent

Superintendent responsible for leading commercial construction projects with a large general contractor, ensuring project activities are delivered in compliance with contracts and client needs. Key duties include continuous monitoring of project budgets and forecasting to the phase code level and cost type, providing clear leadership and direction for site personnel, ensuring proper communication of roles, regular feedback, monitoring equipment and supplies, and inspecting tools with timely service coordination. Requires Journeyman trade certification or equivalent experience; Gold Seal certification and CSTS20 are assets. Ten or more years of experience in commercial construction for a large general contractor and prior experience as a superintendent are expected.
