Job Summary
Oversee daily jobsite operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. Lead field personnel, coordinate subcontractors, manage project schedules, and drive successful execution on large commercial construction projects valued at $5M–$10M+. Conduct routine safety inspections, enforce OSHA standards, and maintain daily reports using Procore or similar construction management software. Monitor costs, subcontractor performance, and resource utilization while leading and training field crews from startup through closeout. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to foster accountability and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising commercial construction projects
- Experience using construction management software
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience
- Knowledge of commercial construction practices, scheduling, and safety standards
- Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
- OSHA 30 certification
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Mechanical (MEP) construction preferred
- Experience managing large commercial construction projects valued at $5M–$10M+
- Procore preferred
