Job Summary
Oversee daily jobsite operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. Lead field personnel, coordinate subcontractors, manage project schedules, and conduct routine safety inspections to enforce OSHA standards. Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials; lead projects from startup through closeout; and maintain daily reports, time sheets, and job logs using construction management software. Monitor project costs, subcontractor performance, and resource utilization to drive successful execution on large commercial construction projects valued at $5M–$10M+.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising commercial construction projects
- Experience using construction management software
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience
- Knowledge of commercial construction practices, scheduling, and safety standards
- Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
- OSHA 30 certification
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Mechanical (MEP) construction preferred
- Procore preferred
