Superintendent

Oversee daily jobsite operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate manpower and subcontractors, and lead projects from startup through closeout. Conduct routine safety inspections, enforce OSHA standards, and maintain daily reports using construction management software. Monitor costs and subcontractor performance while communicating with project managers and clients. Lead field crews, foster accountability, and ensure compliance with company safety policies.
