Job Summary
Champion safety and quality in every aspect of site operations while leading and managing all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Oversee daily reporting, labour productivity, equipment utilization, job costing, and payroll submissions, and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, equipment, and labour resources to optimize project execution. Mentor, coach, and develop foremen and field personnel, building a culture of accountability and high performance. Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to proactively manage risks and identify opportunities, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices across sectors such as mining, ports, and power generation.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree, technical diploma, or trade certification
- Minimum 8 -10 years of experience as a Superintendent in industrial construction
- Proven ability to lead large crews and manage multiple project priorities simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, labour planning, contract administration, and industrial safety standards
- Experience in sectors such as Ports & Terminals, Mining, Oil & Gas, Bulk Material Handling, Power Generation, and Pulp & Paper
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation
