Superintendent

Superintendent responsible for overall quality and production on federal construction projects, coordinating with the Project Manager and Owner, managing subcontractors and field staff, maintaining safety programs, conducting coordination and progress meetings, reviewing subcontracted scopes, maintaining project schedules and look-ahead planning, managing subcontractor coordination for progress billing, and ensuring conformance to contract documents and building codes across office and outdoor site environments.
