Job Summary
The Superintendent oversees and manages daily construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising workers, subcontractors, and vendors, coordinating with project managers, ensuring safety compliance, managing resources, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining communication among project stakeholders. The role requires a minimum of 10 years in construction, including 5 years as a superintendent, along with OSHA 30 certification and US citizenship.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction
- At least 5 years as a superintendent on similar projects
- OSHA 30 certification
- US citizenship
- Valid driver’s license
Desired Qualifications
- 40-hour HAZWOPER
- 5 years of experience in construction
