Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Project Superintendent with 3+ years of experience in commercial and residential construction, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial and residential construction experience
- Previous construction management experience
- Valid state driver’s license
- Computer & Smartphone literacy required
- Able to quickly read, analyze, and interpret complex blueprints and drawings
- Familiarity and general understanding of Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC
- Able to lift 50lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with PlanSwift Estimating Software
