Superintendent

Superintendent overseeing all field operations on a construction project to ensure self-performed and subcontracted work complies with contract documents, budget, and schedule. Responsible for safety, quality control, staffing, daily work assignments, training and development of field personnel, hiring and orientations, and project-closeout activities. Key duties include CPM schedule development, means and methods planning, site safety coordination, coordination with project team, managing a team of workers and subcontractors, monitoring equipment maintenance, and ensuring timely project completion. Requires strong leadership, budget awareness, lookahead scheduling, cost control, QA/QC, and experience with managing field operations, safety programs, inspections, RFIs, and as-built documentation. Salary range $100,000-$155,000 annually; benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, holidays, 401k, life insurance, disability, and additional perk programs.
